Eurogrant GmbH: Lead by experience
Eurogrant is an independent SME, specialized in administrative project management and other horizontal tasks (dissemination, training, technology transfer, valorisation of results). Our focus are EU funded projects, in particular FP7.
The founder Frank Bösenberg worked many years for the European Project Center of TU Dresden. The still existing contacts to the university and the related network are a key factor in finding competent research partners for your project.
By continouous implementation of operative tasks we are able to ensure high-quality consultancy services. E.g., we are taking part in research projects as a partner within the consortium. This also allows to cover our costs during the implementation phase of the project from the grant.
Our staff   | Frank Boesenberg, Dipl.-Ing. is CEO of Eurogrant GmbH in Dresden. He has more than eight years experience at professional project management, half of it as deputy director of European Project Center at TU Dresden. His work emphases are enrolment, management and statement of account of EU funded, interdisciplinary big projects as well as project management of research projects. Mr. Boesenberg is head of regional group Dresden of German Project Management Association.

 | Frank Lommatzsch, M.A. and chamber of commerce certified business administrator, is Project Manager at Eurogrant GmbH since 2009. After studying in Dresden and Sheffield, he worked for three years in the German Bundestag in the parliamentary committees Europe, Research and Budget. He was then a further three years as a advisor in a leading consulting company in Berlin and Hamburg. He advises EU and federal programs to promote technology and innovation (eg. FP7, KMU innovativ, ZIM).

 | Frank-Michael Schach, MBA, works as Senior Project Manager at Eurogrant GmbH since 2010. For some years he was Head of Marketing of Berliner Bank and afterwards got into business of himself as enterprise consultant and project development manager. Since 2005 he ran several European projects.

Eurogrant GmbH is based at Strehlener Str. 22 directly to Dresden's University area with a lot of research institutions. 10 minutes footwalk nearby city main station connects you to nationwide and regional railway system and Airport city train.
