Upon formal approval of your project we will guide you through the entire agreement process with the funding agency. In larger projects within this topic there is a lot to do. From contract reviews to full concepts of consortium agreements and project support at the kick-off. We combine practical and consulting expertise and will give you clear recommendations or take over these tasks for you.
The core of our business: The administrative project management during the entire project. We support you in the organization of meetings, the preparation of interim and final reports, and of course in keeping track of the financial situation of your project. We are providing appropriate templates and take care of regular data collection and evaluation. Thus, you can fully concentrate your resources on the scientific and technical part of the project.

From start to finish: We are supporting you all the way long up to the final accounting and the payment of the last rate of the project. This includes active support in drafting final reports as well as identification of follow-up opportunities. Optionally, we also offer help for optimal exploitation of your results.
Beside taking care of actual tasks within your project or delivering respective consulting, we also offer training courses, seminars and workshops, covering project management in general as well as proposal writing for specific programs such as Horizon2020.
